Wellpro Impact Solutions Oy has further developed the application by adding a section on brain load and memory to BitHabit.   <\/p><p>The BitHabit service consists of three (3) different applications. Once you have activated BitHabit and selected the first small actions you plan to take over the next month, you can also start tracking your progress with Mapping and Tracking. When you activate BitHabit Tracking after completing the Mapping, you can also activate it in BitHabit and access all BitHabit features from a single app.    <b>BitHabit Mapping and Tracking are free.<\/b><\/p><p><strong>There are 3 different types of BitHabit Surveys<\/strong>, see the options at <a href=\"https:\/\/bithabit.me\/en\/how-it-works\/\">https:\/\/bithabit.me\/bithabit-esittely\/<\/a>. If you want to track your progress, you can fill in the survey of your choice, even on a monthly basis. It only requires activation of <strong>the Tracking feature<\/strong>, a free tool for your own use. You can activate it from the Report page of the mapping of your choice.   <\/p><p><strong>Monitoring<\/strong> allows you to track the results of the mapping you use and monitor your own progress.
