I take care to exercise regularly, which supports my physical health and helps clear my mind. Walking, for example in nature, provides a balance to the hectic pace of everyday life.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Self:<\/strong> Self-esteem is a key component of well-being. Knowing my values, goals and limitations. I try to set realistic goals and listen to my body. I also take care of myself and make time for my own hobbies and rest.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Social relationships: <\/strong>my social relationships are relevant. I care about my loved ones and try to spend time with them. For example, keeping a daily gratitude diary helps me to focus on the positive. Small physical snacks, such as a walk in the middle of the day, cheer me up and give me energy.
