Positiva attityder till mat och \u00e4tande, regelbundna m\u00e5ltider, mod att prova nya livsmedel och att \u00e4ta enligt hunger- och m\u00e4ttnadsk\u00e4nslor kan bidra till att f\u00f6rebygga typ 2-diabetes. Detta \u00e4r resultaten av den finska Stop Diabetes (StopDia)-studien.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Aittolas doktorandforskning vid \u00d6stra Finlands universitet fokuserade p\u00e5 effekterna av dessa verktyg, Eating Skills och Dietary Index, p\u00e5 viktkontroll och f\u00f6rebyggande av typ 2-diabetes.<\/p>\n\n<p>Med \u00e4tf\u00e4rdigheter avses h\u00e4lsosamma matvanor och en positiv inst\u00e4llning till mat. Det handlar om att hantera k\u00e4nslor av hunger och m\u00e4ttnad, att \u00e4ta regelbundet och att prova nya livsmedel. Resultaten av studien visade att goda matvanor \u00e4r f\u00f6rknippade med b\u00e4ttre kostkvalitet, viktkontroll, insulink\u00e4nslighet och HDL-kolesterolniv\u00e5er.  <\/p>\n\n<p>I studien utvecklades ett screeningm\u00e5tt p\u00e5 kostens kvalitet, Dietary Index, som m\u00e4ter kostens kvalitet f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga typ 2-diabetes. Indexet bed\u00f6mer sju aspekter av kosten: m\u00e5ltidsm\u00f6nster, spannm\u00e5l, frukt och gr\u00f6nsaker, fett, fisk och k\u00f6tt, mejeriprodukter, snacks och energidrycker. Indexet ger po\u00e4ng beroende p\u00e5 kostens kvalitet och hj\u00e4lper till att identifiera omr\u00e5den som kan f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Digitala verktyg, implementerade i samarbete med prim\u00e4rv\u00e5rden, \u00e4r en framg\u00e5ngsrik livsstilsintervention<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>StopDia-projektet, som l\u00e5g till grund f\u00f6r studien, omfattade mer \u00e4n 3 000 personer, som alla l\u00f6pte \u00f6kad risk att utveckla typ 2-diabetes. De inbj\u00f6ds att delta i en ett \u00e5r l\u00e5ng StopDia-livsstilsintervention. Detta var en storskalig studie av effekten av livsstilsinterventioner f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga diabetes. Interventionsgrupperna erbj\u00f6ds livsstilsr\u00e5dgivning i grupp och anv\u00e4ndning av BitHabit-appen eller enbart anv\u00e4ndning av BitHabit-appen.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Den digitala livsstilsinterventionen, som genomf\u00f6rdes med hj\u00e4lp av appen BitHabit, fokuserade p\u00e5 vanebildningsteorin, som fr\u00e4mjar beteendef\u00f6r\u00e4ndring genom upprepning. BitHabit-appen f\u00f6rs\u00e5g deltagarna med n\u00e4stan 500 sm\u00e5 \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta inf\u00f6rlivandet av individuella h\u00e4lsosammare \u00e5tg\u00e4rder i vardagen mot en h\u00e4lsosammare livsstil. Genom att anv\u00e4nda appen kunde anv\u00e4ndarna f\u00e5 st\u00f6d i sina dagliga val och uppmuntrades att g\u00f6ra h\u00e4lsosamma livsstilsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Digitala metoder stod i centrum f\u00f6r forskningen. I samarbete med prim\u00e4rv\u00e5rden lyckades man genomf\u00f6ra digitala f\u00f6rebyggande \u00e5tg\u00e4rder. De togs emot v\u00e4l och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrade tillg\u00e4ngligheten till tj\u00e4nsterna.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ett viktigt resultat av avhandlingsstudien var att deltagarnas \u00e4tf\u00e4rdigheter och kostkvalitet f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrades avsev\u00e4rt efter ett \u00e5r av livsstilsr\u00e5dgivning. Studien visar att \u00e4tf\u00e4rdigheter och kostindex \u00e4r anv\u00e4ndbara verktyg f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga typ 2-diabetes.
